Jawaher Al-Mana

“Jawaher Al-Mana is an expert trainer in emotional intelligence and relationships. Throughout her career, she has delivered hundreds of programs, training courses, workshops and lectures in the fields of personal development, family culture, career development and social skills. Currently, Jawaher Al-Mana serves as the Head of Visitor Relations at Qatar Foundation’s Communication Directorate. She previously worked as the Head of the Arabic Radio and a program presenter on Qatar Foundation Radio, as well as the Head of Awareness Programs at the Family Consulting Center “”Wifaq.”” In addition to her Executive Master’s in Public Administration, Jawaher Al-Mana has earned numerous certifications and trainings, including T.O.T (Training of Trainers), Relationship Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness, and Psychological Resilience.

Ahmed’s expertise extends to delivering comprehensive training programs, workshops, and specialized lectures tailored to meet the needs of diverse organizations. His ability to analyze and improve organizational processes has earned him recognition as a leader in his field. He has authored several professional guides, such as the “Administrative Policies and Communication Guide,” which are widely used to enhance operational efficiency.
